Property Manager position available in Clarksville, Indiana for a 204 unit garden style property. Property is 100% tax credit (knowledge of tax credit helpful, but not necessary). Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential management with excellent communication and computer skills. Excellent salary and benefit package.
