Beall’s Grant is a garden apartment community located in Downtown Rockville, MD.  The community offers efficiencies, one, and two bedroom apartment homes.

Each apartment has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, large closets, complete kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, and  access to cable and internet.

A community room is available for resident parties and community holiday functions and also features a computer room.  Residents also have access to playgrounds, laundry rooms, and free parking.
