This historic building was at one time the Franklin Hotel.  It was converted to an affordable apartment community servicing residents with disabilities.  The property has 38 one and two bedroom apartment homes located in downtown Baltimore.

We are close to the University of Maryland General and Mercy Hospitals, public transportation and two blocks from the world-famous Lexington Market.

We offer our residents adult day care programs, Good works Resources, Meals on Wheels and Care Provider Assistance Organizations.
